Add some weight on our backs and just walkI was impressed reading this book. As the author points out, I am tired of fitness advice that demands gym memberships, fancy gear, or hours of exercise. The main approach the book offers is surprisingly simple and within anyone's reach. The method is simply to put our fundamental human capability to walk into play, and add some weight on our backs and just walk. This book is written in a personal and fun tone that I appreciate. I didn't know what Rucking wasInteresting read, something labeled that we really could have been doing before it got trendy. I like the writers style, friendly and casual, although there are some things like the choice to use an acronym when they talk about their mother in law wouldn't be my preference. Also, there are some minor typos needing edits.I'll probably try Rucking since I like to walk and have read this book.
