Wow. This book completely pulled me in from the start. Haydn Boyce has such an intoxicating, addictive writing style—I kept telling myself I’d read one more chapter and then suddenly it was way past bedtime. A fast paced, suspenseful dark fantasy that had me hooked from start to finish. The characters were all greatly varied and added extra layers and depth to the story as a whole blending well with the plot structure and the ethereal and fantastical setting within the entirety of the book.I read this book in two sittings and look forward to more works from this author in the future. Thankyou to both Net galley and the author for an early ARC of this book.
