Excellent. Covers a lot of information. A thorough and comprehensive guide to gut health. Clear information on what to eat, what not to eat, techniques for getting enough sleep, relevant exercises, and caring for mental health. There’s explanation of why all of these things are important, backed up by biology. There’s loads of recipes too and I’m excited to try some of them. I’m sure I’ll be returning to this book often.
Learned a lot!Found this book really interesting and eye opening! Particularly liked the helpful actionable tips such a recipes and foods to go to. Chapters on sleep, exercise and vitamins were my personal favourites.
