MM RomanceFated MatesDNF @35%I thought this would be a fun series about demigods and fated mates plus that cover is hot 🥵 but omg this is sooooo cringy. Malik is from Atlantis, an under water world, and never been on Earth before but gets a sign his fated mate is nearby and goes to meet him. He’s not familiar with much when it comes to modern customs and he only has eyes for his fated mate which makes their encounters so cringy. I can’t remember the human’s name 😂 waittttt it’s BLAZE! 💀💀 but

[01/27/2022]Unfortunately it’s clear that Marx cannot write about a BIPOC man without falling into gross language - chocolate and mocha were both used to describe his skin color more than once, and it’s just not great. That and there was sort of this “island accent” deal that was very ??? like, Australia is an island technically. What do you mean by it?
Fast burn m/m romance My first m/m romance actually! I liked the characters. Ethnic coloured male son of Poseidon and male with red hair and freckles who is a virgin ADORABLE. Great narration. Loved the accents. 3.5 stars gifted audio in exchange for an honest review
