Thus, he embarks on one final journey – to jump off the top of a hill and end his life on a ‘high’ note. By doing this, he intends to set an example for his peers, all depressed and directionless individuals, who can follow him and attain the truest form of freedom. But does fate have one last absurd joke to play on him?
Set in McLeodganj, a mystical sanctuary of Tibetan Buddhism, this is a satirical take on our generation’s futile search for the meaning of life.

I enjoyed this different and rather controversial short novel about a young man in India who feels he has experienced everything life has to offer through drugs and internet experiences. Relatable. Thought-provoking. Uncut. It happens rarely that I read any piece of work and reflect upon things immediately because of the influence I had from the content in it. I had one such experience with this book. There were many instances in this novel where I had to stop and think about them. Binge and Nothingness is a story which either you will find impressive or boring. There is no in between, in my opinion. So, did I like it? Let's find out.
