I had never heard of the 51st Directive, and I hope to God I never hear of it in reality and not fiction!No matter what your political affiliation is, this book is a must read! Great read and extremely unsettling as well! This is the type of fiction you wish hadn't been written lest it give the bad guys even more insane ideas.
