This children's book contains interesting facts about animals, for children aged 7 to 11. Humans have incredible brains, but Mother Nature increasingly teaches us that other animals can also think, solve problems, and even count. Discover some of the world's most perceptive animals in this book and learn a little more about each of them. Here you can learn more about dogs, rats, octopuses, elephants, pigs, crows, chimpanzees, squirrels, goats, pigeons, bees, cats, and dolphins. Each animal has its own characteristics and cunning ways of solving everyday problems. Each animal's intelligence ensures its survival; it is a complex strategy that allows certain species to occupy niches that animals guided only by instinct would not be able to. If the climate changes or a food source disappears, an intelligent animal can learn new behaviors quickly instead of waiting thousands of years for a genetic mutation. In addition to knowledge, this work aims to raise children's awareness of treating nature and animals with respect, seeking to provide a broader view of wildlife and the importance of this ecosystem for humanity.
A great read about animals and their intellect. Full of interesting facts and encourages us (humans) to respect and be nicer to animals. I also liked the artwork that will keep children engaged.
This is an excellent educational opportunity. The book not only has great educational facts about animals, but the illustrations and facts can also be used to discuss things such as animal habitat. The illustrations, backgrounds, and texts are very engaging. My daughter loved listening to me read the information as we looked at and discussed the text.I would highly recommend this book for parents who have children who love animals. I would also recommend this for homeschool parents or teachers w
I extremely enjoyed this book (as an adult) and my nephew did as well, as a 4-year-old. It is informative, there was information about some animals I didn't even know. It was encouraging and compassionate, educating the reader to show love and respect to animals who have similar characteristics to humans. Added enjoyment, I liked the artwork. Very simple but interesting idea - made to look like a coloring book. Highly recommended!
