Kinsey was betrothed to a very handsome and gentle lord and one she had known since her childhood. She understood her life in England had been blessed and she would want for nothing. She was pleased she would always remain near to her beloved family. When a devastating tragedy struck and the burn for vengeance laced her heart, Kinsey knew it was her duty to avenge the deaths of those of her own. She willingly embarked upon a journey to Scotland with the rest of her English brothers with retribution upon her mind and hatred within her heart. Nothing would stop her in her quest for justice. She was honor bound and a loyal warrior and she would never disregard her duty. When her brothers were captured by the powerful Scottish warrior with the steel gray eyes, Kinsey knew she would sacrifice everything for a chance at their freedom. She was determined to see them safe and would make those of the Douglas pay for all the anguish they had caused. She also realized her duty would send her on a path that would change her life forever."Warrior Bride" is a Scottish romance novel full of conflict and passion. It is a full-length, complete story and guarantees a happily ever after. This story if for mature audiences only.
Interesting RomanceKinsley is an insecure warrior who thinks everything bad that happens is because of her. She constantly recalls her deceased brother so much it becomes monotonous! The story was good but needed more Scottish history. The love story needed to be developed more. My opinion only.
