I think you could make some of these with a healthy butter/margarine substitution using olive or canola oil instead.No serving size indicated. Like the flavor combinations suggested. Bonus recipe and other works by the author are highlighted at the end.

I was expecting much more recipes than were in this book. And only muffins?!? Why not cupcakes or brownies. Or even better, Little Debbie recipes. Good old-fashioned bakingFirst off, I love muffins. This book was actually better than I anticipated since you never know what you're getting with a free book.
