Twenty four hours loveI love Richard Linklater's Before trilogy, especially Before Sunrise. Julie Delpy, Ethan Hawke and a flirtation that turned into so much more. I always hoped it would happen to me. This is like that… but a novel. Carousel is great! Two Americans, new lovers, going through Paris — the Seine, Notre Dame, a whole lot of other landmarks, all while knowing that the clock is counting down, something which makes it sort of better and makes it feel more. At least until time is up,
Carousel was such a fun read. I could feel the authors love for Paris and the little moments in life! Definitely recommend, and will re-read before I go to Paris (one day!).
