“The Cold Duke’s Heart” by Julia Thorne-A beautifully written Regency romance filled with emotional depth and quiet strength. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts.Lillian’s self-worth and warmth slowly chip away at Daniel’s carefully built walls. A touching story of healing, love, and finding freedom by letting someone in. An interesting view of growth and evolution of someone’s character. Rewarding read.
Well written and entertainingThough the story line was similar to most, it was presented in an interesting way. Lillian had her work cut out for her but she was successful by paying attention to the Duke's needs and being true to herself. I loved that there were few, if any, grammatical or punctuation errors. I enjoyed the book and look forward to seeing what Book 2 of this series holds for me .
