Description

He was never supposed to notice her.And she was never supposed to want him.James Fordham had learned that invisibility was a strategy for success: remote work, control, zero complications. Then she’s called back into the office and placed directly under Asher Wilcox. Her mentor. Her boss’s boss. The man with enough power to ruin her career and enough control to never touch her in public. The rules are clear. The attraction isn’t.Every late night. Every closed-door meeting. Every look no one else notices pulls them closer to a line neither of them can afford to cross. But when Asher’s past begins to collide with their present, James is forced to decide what she’s willing to risk. Her job, her reputation, or the one man who was never supposed to become personal?Work From Home is a forbidden, slow-burn office romance about power, restraint, and the kind of connection that doesn’t ask for permission.

Reader Reviews

I won this book through a Goodreads giveaway in exchange for an honest review. Thanks for choosing me. I had a good time with James and Asher. Their banter was great. The push and pull was perfect for them. It was forbidden and steamy and fun. Sadie and Remi were great friends to James. Nathan, you're despicable. As is James's father. I did feel that the ending was a little rushed, but all in all, it was a great read.
