Great Recommendations in a Well-Written BookThis book has a little bit of everything! There are so many balanced suggestions on ways to reduce cortisol. I like all the detailed recipes for healthy snacks and meals and the smoothies look amazing. The advice is specific and clear, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming. This is an excellent book for anyone who wants to get control of their cortisol levels.
