Typical portal storyAlternate universe, magic, elves and fantastic critters, harem adult situationsFirst, the MC is almost relentless with the sarcasm for the first two-thirds of the book. For a D&D and computer gamer, the MC expects monsters to act as portrayed by TSR, and unsurprisingly, they behave that way. Okay. Others might be okay with the cutting remarks, but I wasn't impressed.Turns out the elves are bigots and rather insular, not only to our human MC, but to other elf sub races as well
