A lot of this felt pointless. And also, I wasn’t sold on their romance.Rose was difficult to understand and relate to. She was completely useless. The author gave the beginning of something to work with (eg her mental and physical abuse by mother), but then didn’t follow through. Overall everything felt pointless. Like Dill? Not enough lead up. So happy with the second epilogue. Their daddy finally stepping up. It would've been nice to see Lexi and Rose have a reunion, but I can deal with a Mara meeting instead. It was fun, didn't feel too overboard on the supernatural. It was interesting. I haven't read many band books. I felt sorry for Raven and Sunny. Sergei was awful. Dnf @ 49%/ 10 chaptersEveryone is so annoying. Rose is especially oblivious and just goes along with things without question. She also just vomits up her life story at a drop of a hat which is so weird since they aren’t close at all. None of the relationships make sense. I’m just confused, frustrated, and I’ve stopped caring.
