From what I know of wok cooking and from my own experience the advice, recipes, and directions seem to be accurate. The layout and presentation of the information is a low 3 out of 5 stars.What drags the score down are multiple typos, directions that are like 5 steps in one, and a lack of pictures. I caught a few steps that asked me to add in paprika instead of peppers, and sometimes I was asked to add spices and sauces that weren't in the ingredients list.The recipe layout would have benefited
