I liked this book, I just didn't like aspects of this book. I didn't see the need for the story within the story; it was tangentially connected and I could see the connection being completed post-reading, but it didn't really connect during the reading so to me, there was no reason for it. The primary purpose that I could see that the story within the story served was dealt with in a different way, over the last few pages, so again, the Reader part belonged, just not her "story." Beautiful Book!I don't know of any book I have ever read that made me cry so much! But it was such a beautiful story with very memorable characters. An amazing author to be sure!
InterestingI had mixed feelings about the storyline of this book, the emotions and feelings it conjured were deep and raw and very very sad.
