(2 stars) - An overwrought melodramaThis is a Christian melodrama. Which isn't automatically a bad thing, except in this case, it is. It's overdone, & though the premise was interesting enough to draw me to try it, the characters are a bit stereotyped & come across as author puppets rather than realistic people so things just aren't very believable.Sienna is an emotional mess suffering from scrupulosity - I was surprised to see that being addressed in a non-Catholic book.
