Disjointed; More about GoalsAccording to the title and subtitle, this book is supposed to be about habit stacking, but I found it more to be about goal-setting, and SMART goals in particular. In fact, two of the seven days were about SMART goals, with some overlapping information. In fact, I found the entire book to be repetitious, with the same things being talked about over and over on all the different days. One end chapter was about self-discipline. Good bookThis is a good book. However there are a few grammatical errors that I noticed. The one big take away from the book is something that everyone should know and that is we set our own goals.
Has some good, very basic info but......could easily be half the length. Needs to be seriously edited. Many principles are repeated, some several times, and presented each time as if it's the first time it has been mentioned. Time-consuming way to learn a very basic few good principles of self- discipline and motivation.
