Too much oilI checked out the recipes in this book and was a little disappointed that there were n not too many baked donut recipes in this book. Will try another book. I can't eat fried foods so I am always looking for a good recipe for baked donuts. I have a digestive problem and can't eat fried foods.They do sound like yummy recipes. They are tempting.
