Easy Bread Recipes: Easy And Delicious Bread And Muffin Recipes For Beginners by Connor HendersonThis book has no pictures and no nutritional information.Most of the recipes use shortening when is like eating lard, hydrogenated oils which is the worse kind for you.I was able to find 1-2 recipes that could be healthy-the zucchini bread using olive or canola oil instead and the cinnamon raisin bread.There are also a few recipes that use a bread machine.
