Nothing gets my romance heart pounding like a steamy foodie romance. Deep Fried Sweethearts by Sarah Cass is a romance between two cooks in the kitchen. I loved the characters, loved the sizzling chemistry between them and the H/H worked well together. Highly recommend, especially if you're in need of a fun, sexy romance! My Rating: 5 stars
I loved this book! The characters were so real and likable, and the story so well-written it sucked me right in. I couldn't put the book down, wondering just how Tag and Kayla were going to get together. Although you could call this a "cougar" story, it was about so much more than that. The restaurant, the candy and the budding business relationship fleshed out this romance to be a slice of life, putting you right in each scene. The language was amazing. A sweet romance with all the right ingredients: Handsome leading man, shy leading lady, shady ex-husband, small town. The sex is behind closed doors, which is not my usual preference, but every once in awhile it`s a nice treat for Madame Smut here. Rumor has it that a hockey romance is coming in this series, so you know I`ll be picking that up when it comes out!
