Cute but too short.
Shy Molly has just married Capt Robert Sutherland, a match arranged by her father. Robert is much older than her and to start with Molly is depressed about the whole thing. But as she gets to know him she suddenly decides she does care for him and wants to consummate the marriage. - Well-written short story which is where the problem lies. Fine light read. forced to marry a man half her edge as well as her father's friend, Molly naturally had misgivings. Yet as a dutiful and loving daughter, she complied. How she and her husband adjusted to the early days of married life and how Molly came to realize, accept and maybe enjoy her altered status, was the moment Captain Sutherland's wait has ended
