Conflicted - FYI spoilers may be below. This is a mystery with a psychic but it is mainly a second chance friends to wanna be lovers romance between Maddie and Nick. If you like cheesy books, this may be for you!I barely finished this book. I understand that the writer is a romantic at heart but this was a little too much. The whole book was the main characters, who are almost thirty, acting like high schoolers. I take that back, junior high would be more like it. Maddie is just so unbelievably gorgeous that everyone in town wants her but for some reason she just has no idea. The authors favorite character quotes are;"I'm not pretty", "He doesn't like me", "
