Has the basic and some not so basic recipes for pies where you use a store bought crust to cut down on your time in the kitchen.Holly wreaths would be my choice to make, something not quite so salty or high in fat content.Apple rings also but using canola or olive oil.Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
Excellent recipesEnjoyed this book. Recipes are all excellent. I would be proud to bring any of these recipes to Christmas dinner.
