This biography is brief, easy to read, written for the young, and does not get sidetracked from the story. I love the story of John Hus and would recommend that any Christian learn it—however, here is why this book lost two stars:1. Dallmann glosses over some historical issues which are important to the story of Hus' death. Most obviously, the legend of "the goose and the swan" prophecy at Hus' execution is firmly in the realm of legend. (See Location 349.) The earliest retellings of it are from
